Well, [we] saw this coming. They didn’t just make her darker. They drained her skin of its natural vibrancy. Her skin has a warm tone in the original and they made it look ashen. She looks regal as hell in the original unaltered photo and that most likely pissed them off. But, also, it could be how the AI transformer mechanism was trained, having a bias towards lighter skin in the training data. (because even the law officer appears lighter in the altered photo) Which isn’t far-fetched to say the slightest. Fuck this timeline. Fuck this administration. They’re a bunch of knuck-dragging, mouth-breathing, sycophant cowards.
This country is protecting child mole*ters, sho*ting and murd*ring civilians and doing stupid ass shit like this. What a shame.
Anyway, Nekima gave an interview with Amy Goodman yesterday on Democracy Now! I highly recommend giving it a listen.
